[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a big fan of side by side refrigerator but it came in the house, would be nice if the water and ice dispenser had a drain so water didn’t go to the floor when it gets spilled still not enough room in the freezer, I guess i will sell it and buy what I really want

My refrig looks awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot get film off front !! I have used only product specifically made for stainless steel. Dried it with microfiber cloth immediately after but rust all over refrig !! Not even living in house yet since settlement but have a few drinks in refrig. Design at bottom front of refrig is not nice to look at. There should be a black vented piece to make it visually look better like every refrig I have ever owned ! Not happy and will check about warranty. I would not have picked this refrig... it is a new construction home and appliances were included.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not pleased with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not care for the ice and water dispenser. Ice cubes drop out of chute when not in use. Water dispenser drips after dispensing water. Messy! Will not recommend this refrigerator to friends. Will not purchase another Whirlpool refrigerator. Poor quality for the price

Nice Refrigerator

I love the refrigerator and freezer part of this product. It cools and freezes great, space is great, layout of refrigerator shelving and/or space is well designed.
However, whoever designed the water dispenser extended the drip zone from the actual water dispenser to drip OUTSIDE of the well that holds the water drips and the ice that falls from the ice dispenser, and down the front of the stainless steel surface.
The water drip is creating an UGLY MESS on the front of the stainless steel base of the refrigerator. It already looks damaged and I have only had it about 2 1/2 months. what will it look like A year from now. I am constantly wiping and cleaning the front of the refrigerator applying baby oil to the stainless steel surface multiple times a day trying to keep from ruining the front of the refrigerator.
I actually would like for whirlpool to replace this product as I asked for stainless steel appliances for the beautiful look it created in the kitchen, however the water buildup on the front of the refrigerator looks horrible.

Straight Forward Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently replaced all of our kitchen appliances with Whirlpool. Not only do they look fantastic, they are quiet, user friendly and quality appliances. The side by side refrigerator replaced a 20 year old one that the compressor died of old age. The shelf capacity and storage is abundant. It is so great to have a Ice/water dispenser again! It runs quiet and makes ice quite quickly! We also bought the flat top electric range and the compact microwave oven that actually fits above our stove top!! Thank you very much Whirlpool for coming up with that crafty compact over the range microwave!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
