Cools well but a LOT could be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first side by side fridge I have owned. It came with a new home. My previous fridge had a very silent compressor, and this one is very loud. I can hear it all over the home. It does cool well, but I have had to get used to the compressor sound, when sleeping, in particular. It does cool well both in the freezer and fridge area. Another thing I do not like is that the stainless steel is not printproof. I have to be careful not to touch the outer surface of the doors or keep a cleaning rag handy to polish it up. The filter is on the exterior bottom and is easy to change. The ice maker in the door works well and I don't have to deal with cubes getting stuck together like they can when an icemaker dumps cubes in an internal bin. The ice/water dispenser in the door is not tall enough to accomodate what I call a popular size 7" inch tall tumbler. Therefore, you have to tilt the tumbler sideways to use the ice/water dispenser. This causes a lot of mishaps with water running down the door and ice in the floor - very poor design. I am really not happy with this fridge and would never buy one like this if I had not gotten it as part of a new home purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stays nice and cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit does well with keeping cold. However the ice maker has to be replaced. It takes 6 days to fill the tray. Had a repairman come over, looked at it for about 3 minutes and new right away it needed to be replaced. It was his 3rd one that day. The doors are not as easily adjustable as indicated.

Great interior design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the new refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. I really like the interior design, easy to see and access items. Freezer has a typical design everything on the shelves to see. The only thing that needs improvement is the size of the ice cubes. They are smaller than usual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad solution to customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator was damage since day one. We bought it through the construction company. And when we Mp Ed to our new apartment, we couldn’t use it. The refrigerator door doesn’t close, the use of electricity is huge. We had try to make whirlpool change it and nothing had happened yet. We moved April 10 and we still don’t have a solution. The refrigerator door does not fit, which causes it to consume too much energy and does not retain the cold.

I have concern about the Refrigerator .
The motor is noisy... loud hum. Ice cubes make very loud noise every use of front.
It pulls away from the wall, ever so much, every time we open a door. Wheels too good. How do we fix?
