Excessive Noise Level

We just moved to a new home and all the appliances in our kitchen are from Whirlpool.
Unfortunately the refrigerator despite being brand new, generates a loud and annoying noise, occasionally accompanied by vibration of the internal back panels in the freezer area whenever the compressor is working. As it is still under the warranty period, a technician from a third party company was sent to inspect it, but after tightning some of the internal panel bolts in the freezer area, he was saying this issue is common and there is no further action possible.
It is unnaceptable that this level of noise in a new product is to be considered normal. If it is the case, this product is really of poor quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this and have been totally pleased, it’s been a long time since I’ve had a freezer that actually freezes ice cream. Overall it seems to be a very nice unit.

Ice maker stopped working after 18 months

The fridge and water filter are nice, but the icemaker stopped working within 18 months. We followed all troubleshooting and still could not get it to work. The water feed is not broken and we even replaced the solenoid that controls water feed and still not working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
