Would never buy a Whirlpool appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with our new construction home and do not like it. We would never buy this brand or style and plan on replacing it. A side by side has absolutely no storage space.

sounds like a lawnmower

Buzzing sound a tiring white noise

Troubleshooting manual states that it is normal to have a buzzing sound coming from the compressor that it is normal to be on 80% of the time. Normal constant white noise of a brand new fridge is not normal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor craftmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exterior looks sleek and modern but it's a disappointment that the doors are shut unevenly. The suction on the right door is light/loose. The unit makes loud noises while running. We called tech service one week after delivery, and they shared that both issues are just poor craftmanship and nothing can be fixed. This is at least our 2nd consecutive Whirlpool fridge, and my experience as a consumer of the brand is becoming less positive each time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
