Ice/Water dispenser needs to be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like the stacked ice/water dispenser - I keep accidentally hitting the water dispenser when I'm getting ice. I don't like that the refrigerator didn't come with a drip tray for the dispenser area.

Great Frig

This Whirlpool is an upgrade for me and I like the ice maker/dispenser, easy access to water filter and the size of the door storage. The only negative is that there is no upper drawer under one of the shelves to hold my package cheeses etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our water line has been leaking from the day we got our new refrigerator. A whirlpool tech came to fix it and it's still leaking. Would appreciate a refrigerator that doesn't leak and ruin our new flooring.

Doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the refrigerator but I don’t like the doors going up and down when opening. I also don’t think the tops of the doors should be higher than the top of the refrigerator. Other than that I like the item. Over a long period of time I think the doors will get sprung and mess up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took 34 hours for my new refrigerator to dump the first batch of ice. The handbook says it could take up to 24 hours. It would have saved me a trip back to the store to try to get a repair set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice upgraded refrigerator. The finish is practical, water and ice work well, and I love the bright lighting inside. The clear shelves are easier to see through. Shelves are arranged nicely, a lot like our previous fridge.
