Brand new, doesn’t work, repair visit takes foreve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not working correctly from the start. Brand new appliance bought with extended warranty, repair visit unavailable for weeks. Concerned it won’t be fixed even then. Freezer side at coldest setting fluctuates between 18F and 28F, refrigerator side fluctuates between 35F and 45F. I had thought Whirlpool was the smart choice before receiving this faulty unit and sub-par issue resolution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Left door is not adjustable and stays crooked.
Refrigerator have no lever legs, lever adjustable by rollers. Rollers have no stopper and every time I open the door refrigerator slides forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You need to redesign the water and the ice switches on the door because one's behind the other when you put your cup up there you wind up getting water sometimes at the same time you get ice there should be side by side other than that the fridge is pretty good
