My refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My refrigerator came with my new house. I has worked well keeping items col or frozen depending on which side does the cooling. The surface looks good as it tends to not show fingerprints. The led lighting is very nice and the glass shelves work well and look nice. I have not yet used the water and ice dispensers,
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible refrigerator, unbearable noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely dissatisfied with this refrigerator, I regret having purchased this model. The compressor/ motor runs almost constantly, and the noise is unbearable. I wish I could return it and purchase an upgraded model that is quieter. My rating of one star is higher than what is deserved. I had a warranty repair check the refrigerator, and the technician Whirlpool sent could not resolve the problem. I am unhappy with both the refrigerator and the warranty service. I have been happy with Whirlpool products I've previously owned, and that was why I again purchased Whirlpool products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
