A little too loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is nice and cold but the refrigerator is pretty loud. Also the dooors do not line up even and it looks like the top hinge was bent?
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because it matched my current appliances in my kitchen. I didn't really pay a lot of attention to the specifics inside, and I should have. It is adequate for what we need, but if I had another choice I wouldn't have bought this.

Replacement refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new refrigerator was a replacement for the new fridge provided by the builder. The initial unit required four visits from a technician due to the food in the refrigerator constantly freezing regardless of the interior temp being turned down. The new fridge required another technician visit due to the loud rattling noise(s) when the unit would run. The tech raised and releveled the unit. The new unit functions properly, however it is a little louder when it cycles than the previous unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess it's on me because I bought online in a pinch when our old fridge died... I now wish I would have went to the store to look at different models. If I had, I likely would not have chosen this one. The inside space feels wasteful. The top shelf is so far down that there's a lot of wasted space between the shelf and the top of the fridge... and there's brackets for 4 shelves, but only 3 shelves included. The drawers feel cheap and don't slide well. It works fine. The freezer is great and the ice/water in the door is ok... the way the buttons are arranged can be messy if you're not careful when dispensing.
I will try ordering another shelf and looking online for some storage accessories - maybe that will help.
I'm disappointed - but that's on me since I didn't physically go to the store to look at it before purchasing.

Excessively loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loud all the time. Runs a lot. Set remote preferred level. Does not help. Don’t buy it. Have always loved whirlpool. This is my 3rd one. Can hear it upstairs in my bedroom from the kitchen downstairs

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with a new home. I'm not big on the stainless finish that needs constant cleaning. As others have stated, you cannot turn off the icemaker on this unit without removing the icemaker drawer! I do enjoy the simplicity of the controls, only 4 possible settings each for freezer and cooler, with no actual temp display. Others may find that not to their liking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
