[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this item a few weeks ago, it was a great appliance that was on sale. My wife and daughter picked it out. They should have checked with me first. They didn't look at the sound rating. My wife mentioned to me why it is not as quiet as the old one. I explained to her what to look for when picking appliance's.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not keep freezer cold enough and tends to have refrigerator too cold since I have to turn freezer cooling to max to try to get freezer cold enough

OMG! A Truck's Running Inside Our Home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator to replace another Whirlpool refrigerator that we had for more than thirty years. It was quiet, reliable, and We never had one repair on the previous refrigerator. My goodness...this new refrigerator! It's so loud while it is cycling that we must close the door to the room where it's located. Then I looked up what others are saying and....no surprise...others have the same complaint. Why hasn't Whirlpool solved this problem?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
