[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for a month and here’s what I don’t like: it’s loud at least a few times a day, like is it dying loud, I called whirlpool and was told ya that’s how it sounds, they have a new manufacturer for the compressor and coolant. The ice maker spits out tons of broken pieces that end up on the ground and the ice lever sets back slightly too far which makes it awkward to get ice, not let it spill onto the ground, and hard to not hit the water button and end up with water everywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased that I bought this refrigerator. The one drawback or negative thing about this refrigerator is the ice/water dispenser. When I put my glass under the dispenser to get ice, I have to be very careful that I don't also engage the water dispenser or I have water shooting out from the water dispenser into the floor. I think the design of the ice and water dispenser needs to be re-designed.

There are only two drawers and they are not that deep even though this refrigerator is deeper than my old Whirlpool model . I hate the way the water and ice dispenser is set up on the front. It is hard to get ice in containers without hitting the water button. Wish I would have chosen another model.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in Dec. replacing a 3 door model which eventually started to leak/ice up in freezer and plastic at back shot out water when water/ice being obtained from the front. Overall this new fridge is fine. Sometimes an ice cube will jump out on its own. We have locked it to prevent that , not wanting water on the floor. It lacks a meat keeper and cheese tray which we miss. I bought some trays that we are using but they take space from the shelves. I was able to match a new microwave with this. They both look great in my kitchen. I also was pleased with the price.
