[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this Whirlpool refrigerator after our older one quit working. We have never previously owned a Whirlpool appliance but we are very happy with it and are looking at a new Whirlpool dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st refrigerator was delivered with dent and a crack; the replacement one is undamaged but we can hear the motor continuously-not as quiet as other brands like LG. It does fit for our limited space due to cabinets and doorway though and we like the side by side configuration. I wish the stainless steel was fingerprint resistant. The two crisper drawers are plastic and do not easily slide in or out. We will have to be careful not to break the plastic in the glides.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fit my color scheme

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator because my kitchenette and dining are decorated with black and white objects and table and chairs. I had a little trouble getting the icemaker started but it does work properly now. I was disappointed because the water does not come out cold but just at the same temperature as it goes in.

PROBLEMS FROM DAY 1

This is a horrible fridge. I have had so many issues with the ice maker and the fact it is so badly designed where the water feeds the ice tray that it sprays the inside of the unit and freezes on the fan causing it to sound like a jet engine. The noise was over 100db and would go on and off for nearly 40mins at a time each hour! It took 5 repair visits for the noise to be stopped but now it won’t make ice. I’m done. This thing will be on its way down a river on fire like a Viking funeral this time next week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
