BAD COMPRESSOR

Purchased 9 months ago and compressor already failed. Only a 1 year warranty so not optimistic about the future of this purchase. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth waiting for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered it in December and it was delivered in March, but it was definitely worth waiting for. We would have like to get a larger one, but did not have the space;''. This seems so much bigger than our previous one. It it incredibly well lit - stuff can't hide in the back. The adjustable bins on the door are terrific (although we would have liked a few more adjustment options - that is where I store my spices). Plus it is SO quiet. And the shiny black door looks terrific and doesn't show fingerprints. We are really pleased!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected something better from Whirlpool. I bought this particular model only because it is right size for my kitchen, where there are cabinets on both sides and on the top of the refrigerator. Water dispenser is located too far out and the water is dripping down on the door and into the ( hardwood) floor. Front of the fridge has always stains from the dripping water. The sides of the fridge ( top and bottom) look completely unfinished - all pics attached. This refrigerator is 3 months old. I’m very unhappy.

Bad Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently spoke with the Livonia Menards store regarding damage to a Whirlpool Fridge that was delivered on April 6th 2023. Whirlpool sent a representative to my home shortly after for an inspection of the fridge to confirm the damage. Since we would both benefit with the sale of the fridge, I'm requesting some compensation to settle this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A good product with a couple of issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator looks beautiful, is very quiet and does a great job with temperature control. However, the size of the interior is small, especially the freezer. I won't be using the ice maker and wish I had a choice to have it added or not. I would not have ordered it. It takes up too much space in the freezer!

Nice looking fridge!

Seems to be working okay although I really dislike NOT being able to control the temps closer than the settings allow. This unit is smaller than the one it replaced; runs fairly quiet although the icemaker is a bit noisy when it discharges cubes and refills to make more. Kind of hard to review an appliance that has only been in operation for three weeks

Very Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited 4 months for this refrigerator, because I wanted bisque to match the stove and dishwasher. It looks great. However, it is very loud. I can hear it out in my living room and down the hall. If I had been able to hear it before I bought it, I never would have. I am very disappointed. I also don't like that the ice maker takes up so much room. Yes, I have had a repairman out to look at it; he agreed it was loud but said there is nothing to be done about it. I've looked into acoustic panels, etc., but those appear to not have good results. Don't buy this model if sound is important to you!
