Great cooktop, OK fine. Attractive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range cooktop is a 5* oven is a 4*, warming drawer a 3*. The cooktop functions very well indeed, featuring super fast pan heat-up and delivery, very granular control and the ability to produce very low heat settings. Knobs on the front function well but are overly large and bulky. Oven is spacious and in convection mode produces even cooking across at least 2 racks. It IS slow to heat up. All literature indicates a Proof mode but it is nowhere to be found - disappointing but not critical to my needs. Warming drawer on low is at least 170F and just TOO warm; it's also a bit too shallow for many larger items and did not come with a rack of any kind. Overall appearance and industrial design is fine, clean enough lines and very nice finishes. The cooktop surface IS fussy to keep looking like new - still have not figured out the trick to that. It looks smeared most of the time.
