Easy to use and keep clean.

The best cooking experience yet. Thought I liked gas but induction is best. Looked at many ranges and the Cafe was our choice. We are now moving to a new location and have purchased a cafe for our new residence.

The general quality seems OK. I replaced my working electric stove to an induction cook-top in order to have more consistent temperature control. I am not disappointed with that part.
The timer beep is too soft even when it is turned up all the way.
The unit was a little deeper than our counters so a few inches of the side shows. I wish it looked more attractive.

I tried bluetooth but couldn't get it to work.
Internet connectivity is a distraction at best. I connected to WIFI and the android app but after a few days removed it again. I don't really need to turn the unit off remotely and I don't own the specialized pots or probes that provide "Precission Cooking". I also have privacy and IOT security concerns, Additionally, I live rurally don't want my appliances to change their behaviour if the internet is down. I don't really want an internet relationshop with a stove.

Love my induction

I love the way the induction range cooks. I also love the way that it’s easy to clean my pots and pans after cooking. And the range is super attractive. And the best is you can change the handles for your own look!!!

So far so good. Getting used to it. Oven part is great, haven't used the warming drawer or probe yet. Induction is very fast to heat up and easy to clean. Doesn't heat the house as much when the weather gets hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Induction Range

Cooking with induction is different than with gas or electric. There is a learning curve. I have been using my stove for three weeks now, and I am becoming comfortable with it. Here are three responses which I absolutely love about the stove. It heats fast! When you turn it down it responds immediately. This allows vegetable dishes and sauces to simmer beautifully. The top is easy to clean because it does not burn on spilled food. I bought a griddle and it works well with the bridge. The oven cooks well, but it is disappointingly slow to preheat. I have not used the warming drawer or the warming element on top of the range. Overall, I love this stove and I am very glad that I decided to give induction cooking a try!
