Love it!

So far so good. The first time I preheated the oven to 350 degrees, it was all smoky inside, but I think it was burning off all the coating. I turned it on preheat this morning and it was fine. I put a pan of water to boil, and it boiled very fast. I haven’t cooked on it yet, but I’m sure it will be awesome.

Love this stove! Have had it for a month. Still learning; haven't tried the air fryer, but very happy with stovetop responsiveness, clean up is a breeze, looks good and like the dials, etc.

Moving from Gas...

After having my arm twisted to move from a gas stove (still the ultimate way to cook in my opinion), I felt induction was the way to go. The new house did not come with gas, however, this range is beautiful and functional in every way. I love the physical knobs and it has just enough of a touch screen to feel modern. Love the ability of adjust the height of the range to match my counter. Hope it continues to function well for years to come.

Cafe Induction Range

I love this range. The cooktop elements heat up evenly and quickly heat the pan. My wife made a pie in the oven and it baked perfectly. I love that the heating elements have a continuous range for settings. Not click stops. Can really fine tune the amount of heat. Programs are easy to understand and use. I use the timer with nearly every meal.

I love all of the features of this oven especially the induction cooktop and warming drawer. I cooked all of the casseroles for dinner and they were perfect after being in the warming drawer

We love our new Range. Very happy with Cafe and would not hesitate to buy another Cafe product! Well made and really like all the options on it. In 44 years of owning our home this is by far the best appliance we have ever purchased.
