Decided to purchase after looking at other manufacturers. My friend went with the Fulcor range but I preferred the Cafe series

Only had the range a couple of weeks. So far so good. Collapsible shelf was defective and promptly replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new Cafe range. The baking is so even, and temperature is consistent. And, the induction cooktop is wonderful. . . .so quick to heat a pot of water for cooking pasta.

CAFE INDUCTION RANGE

Water boils so fast. Have your veggies chopped and food prepped because once you start, Be prepared for things to cook quickly. You have to plan differently but it is worth it once you get the hang of it. You can't start and then ignore what's cooking and answer emails. Your cooking on the induction stove will be much quicker. Love doing stir-fry in a wok. I put my old lodge skillet to good use. Make sure a magnet will stick to the pan if you are going to use it on the stove top. The range looks great in our kitchen too.

using the range is definitely a learning experience. the explanation of precision cooking is a bit hazy. also the explanation of the size of the pans relating to the 'rings on the stove top' not very clear. i will probably will have to call costumer support to clarify those issues.
other then that like i said above we love the stove top and the oven too.

Beautiful appliance, heavy-duty as well. Haven't used it much yet. Cooktop works great. Exactly as advertised. Very pleased with my purchase.
