Great functionality, so-so build quality

The cooktop and oven perform very well. I thought the air fry was a hokey gimmick, but it reheats pizza to crispy perfection in just 5-7min from a cold start.
Unfortunately, the quality of the build leaves a bit to be desired. The first unit I received clearly wasn't assembled properly (sheet metal in the back assembled incorrectly and crooked, internal exhaust stack bent, and a couple other issues). Getting a replacement was an easy process. The replacement unit I received didn't exhibit these issues, but there were others: the front silicone gasket wasn't totally flush to the glass surface, the oven glass wasn't flush to the metal frame on the door, and the sides of the metal case weren't flush with the sides. When slid in, the sides that stuck out a bit on the left created a gap on the left and it was super tight on the right. In Cafe's defense, this may be attributable to handling during transport/delivery.
In addition, on the first one, the usual induction "humming" would oscillate off/on on lower settings—that was fine and consistent with other induction ranges. The replacement, however, would "click" with each "on" oscillation (so, a click every 5-10 seconds). Aside from the obnoxiousness of the clicking, the fact that two identical ranges behaved differently raised a red flag for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cooks just like a gas stove.

Our new house came with electric range and we were used to a gas range. Just we not able to cook properly with electric range. Induction cooking is the way to go. Acts similar to gas range but you can boil water much faster which is another bonus.

I've found the wireless connections to be a challenge for me. It's my lack of experience to overcome.
There are wonderful functions and abilities beyond other ovens I've owned.

It Cooks As Good As It Looks

We have had it for 3 weeks, and are very happy so far. The only downside is that it was on order for 10 months. We were willing to wait because it ticked all the boxes.

A true game changer

Absolutely LOVE this range! The cooktop heats up very quickly and has fantastic responses to adjustment in the settings. The oven temp is accurate and the air fry option is an exciting setting that really makes cooking a breeze.Having oven racks that can be left in during the clean cycle is another bonus! Look forward to cooking every night! A good looking range to,boot…well worth the money.

The range has been a dream come true! I’m amazed at how the burners heat up instantly. Make sure to do your prep work before turning on the burners. Once turned on, you’re ready to go!
