I would’ve given us a five star review but when we receive the stove the door lock did not work and the first thing we had to do was get a repairman. The back right burner still buzzes when we use it

I need instructions to work the oven as they didn’t come with stove. Been waiting for store to print & mail them. For the price I expect instructions from the Factory with the stove.

I bought this induction range a couple of months ago. One of the burners is already not working. Otherwise I really like the product. Can’t talk about customer service yet due to Covid19

Quick heating on stove top is great

Enjoy the better temp control.
The oven takes a while to get to temp. I start on broil and then select the desired temp.

Trying something new with this induction range. Works beautifully. Still have to purchase cookware, but have a few pans that have sufficed. Induction range is fast ad sweet, although I did not realize that i could scratch the surface of the cooktop and need to be careful. There is about a 3 inch Stainless steel area above the knobs that scratches very easily. It happened without me even knowing what I did to cause it to happen!? There are venting hole spaces near the cooktop in the back, and I am very concerned that food will fall down into the space. I have used the oven for cookies on all 3 racks with convection bake setting and they turned out beautiful. The oven doesnt seem to heat up my kitchen like my last one did. Love having the warming drawer to keep cooked food warm while waiting for the whole meal to be ready.

Totally delighted with this purchase! Firstly, we love the look; clean, professional lines. The oven bakes beautifully. Noticeably different from any other oven we've ever had; everything browns evenly. That was a surprise in itself. As for the induction stove top, which was a totally new experience for us, it's absolutely wonderful! We had been used to natural gas, which we preferred over an electric stove top; but it wasn't available in our new home. The induction top is every bit as good to me as the gas was, and perhaps even better because there are safety features built in which we totally appreciate.

Great tech, great style

90 days after install we are Still loving the range. Oven is large with heavy shelves. The cooktop is very responsive and quick. Cleaning before first use is critical to avoid smelly burn off for weeks.

Ergonomics & performance: Perfect gas replacement!

I prefer cooking with gas, yet for our new home we didn't want to start with a major construction project to convert from a conventional electric range to a gas range. After working with this range for a little bit, I don't think I'd be interested switching at all. I am impressed by the intelligent layout of the heating elements (coupling the two left elements allows for a large cast iron griddle), the responsive and finely adjustable output, all the of options and included accessories for the oven, and rather importantly: having all controls on the front of the unit - I don't know who wants to reach over 4 hot pans and pots to adjust a burner. I'm not sure whether I will be using the WiFi feature, but the sous vide function with the additional (not included) sensor is very interesting. Fit and finish are what one expects for a Cafe appliance.
