Oven is Awesome

I love the induction method of cooking. Over 40 years using gas and this is a big improvement. Oven preheats quickly and cooks very evenly. Cook top cleaning a breeze. Love the high-end quick heat for searing and the low temp control to keep things warrm. I use the stove top the most and the baker in the family uses more of the oven. We both like it. Wifi connection setup easy and good app for assisting with cooking. Front control dials are easy to use. Great oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My CONNECTED cooking experiance

I love the range! The ability to set and monitor my oven and burners is amazing. I bought one of the Hestan Cue pans and love the accuracy of the Precision Cooking burner. The ability to set a specific temperature and know that the range will keep that exact temp until I change it. I have been cooking via sous vide for at least a decade and am used to setting and maintaining exact temp control, but now have it on the cooktop! A game changer.

Better then I thought!

We are surprised with how much we love the induction cook surface of this range. Water boils faster then expected and the pans respond to fluctuations in temperatures as they would with gas. We had electric before and are kicking ourselves we did not purchase this sooner.

User friendly

I love the many oven features and the induction burners. My only concerns are the durability of the rubber gasket between the glass top and the control cluster at the front and the possibility of spills pouring into the open grate of the blower in the back corner of the cooktop.

I've hade this range for four months now and I'm in love with it.
I had considered a semi-commercial type gas range at twice the price but everyone told me that induction was the only way to go.
I'm glad I listened as I couldn't be happier. Not only does it perform extremely well but it is truly beautiful!
