Loving our Induction Stove

The induction stove is perfect for the person that doesn't want to deal with a downdraft. We have loved how fast the stove heats up and the beautiful functionality of the oven. And it's pretty!

Great performance

I have had my range for 2 months. I could not be more pleased with it. The induction response is immediate. I love the knobs and how they work. The oven features are numerous and great. My breads are rising better with the proofing feature.

Love this stove

I love cooking with this stove. Water boils so fast. The oven temperature is very accurate and consistent throughout the oven. The warming drawer is a great feature and I use the app to start the oven and the timer. I like how it lets you know what is going on.

efficient cooking

We are new to induction, and so far it cooks a lot better/more efficiently that the gas and electric models we have had in the past.

Induction great but Convection fan not turning.

We would this cafe induction range oven about a little over a year ago and everything worked fine except I noticed a month ago that the fan stopped turning. I’m surprised and I am disappointed that an equipment of this reputation, caliber and cost would have the convection fan stopped working so early in its use. Needless to say that the warranty had just passed its one year so the repair would be out of pocket. We had purchased this brand and model due to the positive reviews and reputation we’ve read online. Now, I’m wondering if it would worth the time and expense of having the fan repaired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful range with awesome features!

This is our first induction range. We have been so impressed with the quick response when changing temperatures on the cooktop. Our meals are evenly cooked and much quicker than with our electric drop-in range. Not only does it inspire me to be a better cook, it is also a beautiful addition to our kitchen!
