Poor reliability

Great stove - fast and easy to clean - when it works. Bought this range in Sept 21. By Apr 2023, an electrical short had to be fixed, followed by temperature control in the oven. In Nov 2024, the stove stopped working. Three service calls later, I still don't have a working stove -- yes through the holidays. At this point, I am left with no clear direction from GE or Assurant as they point at each other and leaving me holding the bag. Stoves should last way more than 3 years.

A dream cooking machine!

I researched induction for 2 years before I made my choice. Bought it sight unseen because most stores don't have induction displays. It arrived in August 2019 and I cooked through the holidays. I "wowed" all my guests. My 15 year old nephew was so impressed by induction that his parents gifted him an induction hot plate/3 pot set for xmas. The responsiveness and temperature control is wonderful. Clean ups are a breeze. I cook with a dish towel or paper towel under the cook wear. The oven features are great. I love the variety of oven cleaning settings. A word of advice, don't cheap-out on the cook wear. I bought a set of Al-Clad and also use Lodge cast iron. My only frustration is the user guide. For the price, the full user guide should be included with the stove. using the internet to learn the product function while cooking is very inconvenient. My next quest is to set-up the blue-tooth feature.

I would’ve given us a five star review but when we receive the stove the door lock did not work and the first thing we had to do was get a repairman. The back right burner still buzzes when we use it

I need instructions to work the oven as they didn’t come with stove. Been waiting for store to print & mail them. For the price I expect instructions from the Factory with the stove.

I bought this induction range a couple of months ago. One of the burners is already not working. Otherwise I really like the product. Can’t talk about customer service yet due to Covid19

Quick heating on stove top is great

Enjoy the better temp control.
The oven takes a while to get to temp. I start on broil and then select the desired temp.

Disappointed with reliability

We were excited when our NEW induction range arrived. After a small learning curve everything was good. Unfortunately, the oven stopped working after only 2 months & 4 uses. Technician came out & replaced the cooling fan. So far so good, but for such a new product to fail so quickly, my confidence in the range is very low.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Induction stopped working after a week

I bought this stove and started using it right away as I like to cook a lot. I purchased induction pans and the stove top stopped working after week and a half. I had the company I purchased it from bring me a brand new stove because a GE repair man said the electrical panel had to be replaced. I received a new stove and after a week and a half the induction stopped working again. The exact details of what happened twice:
I would place my induction pan on the correct size burner and the magnetic sound would start and then just stop after a few seconds and the light from the burner knob would go out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
