I've had this only a few weeks and have not explored all the features (and may never). What's most impressive is the induction cooktop. The perfectly even heating on pots--and instant heat control-- makes everything (making crepes, sauteeing mushrooms, even boiling water for pasta) come out better. Besides the minutes-faster coffee-making time in morning. The oven works fine. What's more, the thing is really beautiful, and dresses up my kitchen quite a bit.

Well Worth the Extra Cost

Actually got to use for about two weeks before we started our kitchen renovation. We ended up stepping up to the Cafe induction slide in range after comparing to our original choice of the GE Profile. The difference in quality is dramatic. The first way I noticed it was the oven doesn’t heat my whole kitchen. The induction cooktop works like a charm you just need to make sure your pot is the right size.

Cooks faster than gas, easy to clean up

After cooking with gas and electric for years, we switched to an induction cook top, and we love it! The glass top is super easy to clean up, and the induction cooks much faster than gas!
