Waited forever and half the burners don't work

It took 20 months for the appliance to arrive, and when it did the two right hand burners don't operate properly. The smaller back burner won't recognize there's a pan, and the large front burner loses connection if you pick up the pan momentarily. Not happy with waiting so long to get a defective product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not all its cracked up to be...

It’s pretty but the induction stove top does not Clean as advertised and the stove inside has smoked out the kitchen when ran overnight

saved to buy what I thought was the best kitchen package - stove top never worked correctly - After over a year and 4 different services men coming out to pull and try to repair the unit its was replaced. My counter top was damaged and the burned in on me to get someone to come give me two estimates - the unit needs to be pulled to see the complete damage and no contractor will risk pulling in nor risk damaging my oak floors - system wont let me upload images

Attractive but difficult to use

I find this stove to be difficult to use. It does have a lot of extras and a warming drawer (even though it is to small to use for much) so if someone will use all the extras they may enjoy it. I just find for the price (and I believe I overpaid) it is not worth the investment. Having to buy all new cookware to use on the induction stove has also been a chore.

Cooks perfectly

So far I am very happy with how quickly and evenly this stove cooks both in the oven and on the cook top. This is my first induction stove and it is awesome. Heats up fast.

I ordered the Cafe range and microwave end of December 2020; I was sent the range with the wrong trim. I have asked the dealer when it would be corrected and can NOT get an answer.........NOT HAPPY!
