Love my new frig

Love my Bosch French door refrigerator. Love the clean line, no logo on exterior, quite & love water dispenser on inside of refrigerator.

Freezes food in the fridge compartment

We have had a terrible experience with this refrigerator and with Bosch customer service. This fridge is freezing the food in the refrigerator section. Had service out 5 times, they replaced every part over a span of nine months, meanwhile we couldnt use the fridge. They finally replaced with another fridge same model and guess what, it also freezes our food! Now we are a year and a half into this and still dont have a working fridge. Bosch refuses to credit back for the cost of the fridge. They insist on continuing to try to fix it to no avail. The last repair guy said he thought it was defective control boards they were getting from a new oversees manufacturer. Whatever it is, it is beyond rediculous to make a customer wait and wait and wait for a year and a half while they figure it out. We have literally lost hundreds of dollars of food and countless hours waiting for repair appointments.
We have a case number they gave us for getting a credit back on the firdge but they dont return calls or emails and when you do finally get to speak with someone they say they have to ask "upper management" then you never get a call back. Their servive is awful. Meanwhile we are keeping our food in the garage fridge, a simple old GE that we've had for 20 years and does not freeze our food. Would never purchase anything Bosch ever again, worst appliance purchase.

Beats LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a Bosch Dishwasher and love its quality and quiet. Our LG counter depth was nothing but problems- died after a year- rebuilt with new compressor, condensor and evaporator- lasted another 2 years. Bosch name and reputation convinced us to pay a bit more and we are very happy. Lets see how it does down the road. Then I will give 5 stars... Modern refrigerators dont seem to last like the old days..

My Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my refrigerator for two months now and everything that compelled me to purchase it is still very compelling. Quiet, great looks, space (plenty of room in the fridge and on the doors) open door alarms. The freezer as well has an abundance of room with a sliding shelf. The ice maker spits out solid balls about the size of a large marble (maybe a bit bigger). All in all this is a great product with many usable features.

Lots of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer drawer is large. In the fridge compartment it is easy to see everything, so nothing gets shoved to the back & turns in to forgotten science projects. Very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fridge!! I never realized that just having the right fridge would help maintain the freshness of food. I purchased strawberries and they ended up at the bottom of the drawer until I remembered they were there two weeks later. I would have expected them to be rotten at that point, but they were just as sweet and fresh as they day I bought them. This goes for all of our fresh veggies and fruits! I love that I am not throwing away produce like I used to. It all gets eaten because it stays in perfect condition!
