We love our fridge, the only down side is that the drawers don't open unless both doors are open. It would be nice if you could open the half drawer without having to open both drawers. Also since we have a water softener system with RO we had to get a filter bypass so the ice and water worked. Now it works perfectly. We are very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 21 years, our GE Monogram had lived a good life. But not it was time to focus on a new fridge. We looked at all the major brands and found something to like and not like for each. However, The Bosch 800 Series had the perfect combination of Bosch superior engineering, function and style; inside and out. No contest. We've had out Bosch for two months and could not be more pleased. From sales to installation and delivery, we're rating it five stars. No other fridge we looked at remotely came close.

Excellent Refrigerator

We purchased online due to COVID-19 and waited months to receive it. We chose Bosch as it was the only dual compressor 36" non built in - and we did not want to re-do the cabinetry in our downsized retirement home during a pandemic. We had previously owned a 48" Subzero so we had very high standards. We were concerned about the size, the French door style and the quality. We've had this fridge for about two months and are pleased to say that it is an excellent product. It is very well designed for its size, and it truly does keep our food cool and fresh. We removed the flex bar and moved one shelf which has worked better for our needs. But the options that this product affords are nice and may work for others. While we would have preferred a larger single door (36-42") fridge, which we couldn't find in a non built in, the french doors are well designed and not problematic for us. We do own a second refrigerator (which was our solution to the smaller size). It is as advertised, and to date, we have had none of the problems others experienced. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of this product.

Amazing with a few nits to pick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator rocks for it's core functions: keep food fresh and findable. Our produce lasts weeks longer. The lighting is bright and design open for visibility. Ice production is good for a fam of 4. The water dispenser works well. I am very happy with our purchase.
Nits to be aware of:
The right door doesn't self close. This is interesting because the freezer closes so beautifully ... It shows thoughtful engineering. That didn't carry through with the fridge right door. Make sure you close it!

Door shelves. The height /spacing options are very coarse grained. There aren't many options. This can make it hard to have space for all your taller items.
Shelves aren't spill proof. Hasn't been an issue yet ... Thank goodness! it look like we'll need to take all the shelves and drowers out if we have a bad spill. Sub optimal for the price point.
Water dispenser doesn't keep a lot of water chilled. Good thing there's an ice dispenser. . Many reviews mention dripping. We've seen the dripping. It hasn't been a problem or issue though.
Height adjustment. The nuts to adjust the height/leveling are made of plastic. The fridge is VERY heavy. The plastic gives / strips if you don't lift the fridge (see VERY heavy)
Stainless steel:. Doors only, not sides. Scratches easily. If you have kids who will slide magnets around... Expect scratches.
This is a great fridge. I am very happy with our purchase. Just know the nits to avoid surprises.

I've had it for over a month now and everything about it is exceptional - the interior lighting, the adjustable shelves for visibility of items, even temps, and best of all - the icemaker and perfect scooper that came with it! Who knew a refrigerator could make me so happy!
