Refrigerator/freezer

The refrigerator looks good and it gets very cold. The storage capacity is small for the refrigerator and freezer. In addition, the refrigerator makes a lot of different noises.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad refrigerator, good looks

Don't buy anything from this company. I have this model we bought in Nov 2024, the refrigerator stopped cooling in Sept 2025 within the 1 yr warranty and they kept sending multiple tech to fix it without any resolution over past many months. I kept asking for a replacement but they denied it every time. I'm so tired of this I ended up buying a new refrigerator from another brand. Imagine a company not honoring it's warranty and bothering the customer over so many months to live without a working fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not practical water dispenser

This design with the water dispenser ben inside is so hard to use. You need to open both doors and use to hands to fill. The spout is very small and hard to insert into your coffee pot or pot in order to fill with filtered water. It’s a very awkward design. Even though it looks nice from the outside, it’s completely impractical. I regret buying.

Pretty, Loud, Sold with Defect

It's a beautiful fridge, though it's quite noisy! Also, we realized after two years of normal use that the the lowest shelf is supposed to have two support pegs on each side, but ours only has one on each side, thus the shelf doesn't stay up! Make sure to examine yours carefully agains the product diagram to make sure it's 100% as intended.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this fridge

My only complaint is the quality of the plastic bins. I have plastic shoe boxes that are more substantial than the bins,but I recognize that many other mfg.fridge bins are of similar quality but otherwise I love the fridge!
Its counter depth, it's well lit, the filter is easy to change., it's very handsome and very functional for my galley kitchen. Because it's counter depth, I can see everything and where everything is.
