Poor water and ice functionality

This is the only appliance I haven't had to service in 3 years, so 3 stars for that and the external design. The functionality however is awful.
1. The inside water dispenser is so poorly designed. One glass of cold water per hour. And good luck not injuring your thumbs if you need to fill a water bottle. There's no press and release so you have to constantly hold the button PLUS hold your cup at a very awkward angle as the doors keep hitting you to close. You have to be an acrobat practically.
2. Forget every changing the water filter, the whole point of a water dispenser. You have to hold the gray button down for about 10 minutes to flush out the suggested 5 gallons. I've injured my thumb doing this.
3. The ice dispenser has no stop sensor so it'll keep dispensing.
4. The refrigerator glass does not separate from the plastic so when something spills it'll stay in the cracks forever. So disgusting!
5. We have to keep the temperature a few degrees above the recommended temperature otherwise everything freezes.

Leaked everywhere, ruined kitchen- do not buy

After only three years, this refrigerator began leaking all over our floor. It has ruined a large section of the floor, and a cabinet, prompting a pricy repair, concerns about black mold, and large homeowner's insurance claim.

Sometimes the Exterior is the Draw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exterior finish and color are great as is its overall design, depth and performance. We are not fans of a stainless finish and this was a great alternative.

I purchased this item less than 6 months ago - the food in the back of the fridge freezes and the freezer food is covered with frost all the time. the ice cream is always icy. worst purchase ever

Ordered this in May, delivered July and worth the wait. Very “pretty” and received many compliments and happy with inside space, lighting and arrangement of shelves, very quiet . Only drawback is freezer space but apparently all are same...will purchase chest freezer for garage

Does what I want a refrigerator to do.

I've had this refrigerator a month or so. It's quiet, make a lot of ice and keeps the food cold.
It has a nice appearance, it is bright inside. It seems bigger inside than it looks on the outside. It fits in the small space that I have for a refrigerator.

Good size for us, interior could be better

Had this about 3 weeks now and very pleased with the appearance. Matches our Cafe Range perfectly.
Quality build, nice exterior finish, very quiet.
Two areas of noticed opportunities for improvement:
- Drawers inside are janky, and could have been designed better. They do not slide easily and every family member has expressed frustration so far....our 20 year old Amana that we just replaced were better drawers
- The entire fridge rolls and does not stay in place - even with the leveling feet extended down. Not sure what gives, as the 20 year old fridge never slid out of place once, but I find myself having to pull this one forward at least once a day so that it does not recess too much and the french door opens and hits the counter next to it. I'm trying to find a good piece of rubber that I can jam under the front two wheels to keep it from rolling backwards

Like others have said, the freezer is smaller than an entire family would like, but we have a chest freezer that keeps a majority of our frozens, and we just use this to supplement with what we use daily or expect to use this week
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful Fridge BUT.....

I bought a GE cafe package (induction range, microwave & this fridge) and although I love the package and how bold and beautiful it looks in my kitchen I have to give this fridge two stars because of how small it is.
The freezer is so incredibly small and so are the crisper drawers in the fridge. I had to buy a small deep freeze for my garage to make up for the lost freezer space.
I had read the reviews where others mentioned this design flaw, but considering I live alone I thought I would be able to make do....Not so much!
If this freezer is too small for a family of one, there is no way you can live with it and have multiple people in your household. I don’t even eat that much frozen food, a couple of bags of berries and it’s full!
The crisper drawers are also a major disappointment. One head of lettuce and your drawers is nearly full.
The long crisper drawers at the bottom isn’t deep enough for celery or cucumbers to sit front to back, so these have to be turned lengthwise which eats up the whole drawer....can barely even stack a single row.
I am happy with my appliance purchase overall, but this fridge interior needs a serious redesign.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
