Form over function

While the unit itself looks really good, that's where its positive traits end. It keeps food cold, which is the bare minimum to be expected of a fridge/freezer, but it feels like the designers really phoned it in on the actual use of it. First, it's way smaller inside than our previous fridge while filling the same hole in our kitchen. Maybe it's more insulation which makes it more efficient, but for the price we paid, I want that space back. Use those dollars to research better cooling methods or something, I don't think I can understate how much noticably smaller this is, than what I expected. Next, the finish is not durable at all. My wife scratched it up the first time she cleaned it with a standard kitchen sponge. Painted plywood holds up better than this. Third, the water dispenser is in a really weird position. The nozzle is really short forcing you to jam the cup right up to the wall, and the button is placed in such a way that you need two right arms somehow, or bend in a weird way. It's nit picky, but again, this was an expensive appliance and I expected more. Finally, and my biggest issue, the ice maker in the freezer. It feels like it was an after thought and constantly fights with the (also very small) freezer drawer. The maker doesn't always register that it's full, causing ice to overflow the basket and fall under the slide out drawer. Best case scenario you end up with ice cubes falling on to your floor when you open it, worst case they stay in there and keep the drawer from closing properly and now your food is spoiled. Would not recommend this for any kitchen that exists outside of Instagram.

nice looking

It is a good looking refrigerator. I purchased the brushed bronze handles; they go well with my decor in the kitchen. The french door style is great, but you cannot open any of the drawers without both doors open. The wall on the right is deeper than counter - thus, I had to get the 33" model which is quite a bit smaller. The freezer has a much smaller capacity than my old side by side 33" wide.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A bit dissapointed

Had this installed recently and I'm a bit disappointed so far. The freezer is tiny and has a terrible layout. The baskets are a bit short and narrow compared to the space in the freezer, and the top shelf has bins that are really short, so when filled over-flowing there's still several inches of unutilized space above it.
Coming from a basic, cheap 16.6 cu white, top freezer fridge, I was surprised to find that the contents that 70% filled my old freezer completely filled this one to where could barely close the drawer. I've included some day-1 pictures that illustrate how poorly the limited freezer space is utilized.
In terms of the rest of the fridge and freezer... the drawers and shelves just feel cheap and flimsy... not like the premium product this claims to be. Finally, I don't have this hooked up to water yet, so I can't comment on the water despising and ice making functionality... but honestly, there's not enough space for ice making.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A bit disappointed

This refrigerator has very small bins for fruits and vegetables, and the tray for meats, etc. is not very deep. The freezer does not really hold much. The ice maker stopped working after only 1 1/2 months in our home

So far so good

No complaints. Beautiful appliance and I love not having to bend over to look for things (previous fridge was top freezer). I do wish the freezer was a little bigger but I accept this as I went with the smaller unit. Plenty of space, and then some, in the refrigerator portion!

Nice, but tight.

We really like the look of this fridge and the counter depth size fits well with our kitchen layout. I wish that the internal water dispenser was easier to push though. Also, the freezer is TINY! Not much room or ability to store larger items like a frozen pizza. I’ll need to buy a separate storage freezer for the laundry room.

Works Well, Looks Good, Could Use Some Refinement

We needed a smaller refrigerator to fit the opening in our kitchen. It is a small, counter depth unit so the refrigerator and freezer drawer are small. There are only two of us in our household and so it works for us (and we have extra fridge in garage) but if you have a big family living in your home you will probably want to consider a larger unit. The refrigeration works as expected. The cold water filler is awkward to use (inside door, small button, requires standing a bit sideways and using both hands) and the water comes out pretty slow. The drawers inside the refrigerator feel a little shaky/wobbly - not as smooth on the tracks (quality) as I was hoping for in the Cafe line. Other than that- it is a nice looking, smaller refrigerator and for the most part we are happy with it. If you need a small refrigerator, as we did, this one is nice looking for a reasonable price.

Great interior layout for the cubic feet

Lots of fridge space for this specific cubic feet however the freezer space is a bit small if you're looking for this feature as well. Fridge (top area) has a nice layout and side doors are deep enough to be able to accommodate a variety of different size containers. Overall very happy.
