I am thrilled with the refrigerator. It is a little smaller over all then the one I had but
with the layout I don't miss the little bit less area.

Overall - Beautiful Appliance

Overall, I'm glad I bought the fridge. Our last fridge was from the late 70s so it's an improvement any way you look at it. Also, it finally matches the rest of our matte white appliances. The freezer drawers get stuck and I wish the top drawer in the freezer came out all the way. Kind of a frustrating design. Also the fridge condenser is very loud.
I would recommend this to a friend!

needed ajustments

freezer door did not close at top, freezer ran constantly for 24hrs. serviceman made ajustments to door now everything seems OK

I love the French doors, the third drawer for cheese, lunch meat, butter ect.is wonderful.
The overall look is fantastic.

Its just ok

The design doesn't allow to fit tall bottles like Corona or certain brands of sparkling water. The freezer is super load too. I'm having someone come take a look at it because it can't be normal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When it comes to the shelves, there’s a Quick Space Shelf that can be adjusted to allow taller items to be stored. Information about this can be found on page 14 of the user’s manual here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000211-4.pdf.

Perfect size and features

This counter depth, width and hieght were perfect for my needs. The interior water dispenser is great. It does seems to constantly running not sure why so much as I have the temps set to the recommended temps….what is a pain are the leveling feet. Pain in the but to adjust and now chewed up as they are plastic and I will need to replace them. A little pricey. Not sure why or the benefits gained when compared to other brands.zz

We did want to say that for refrigerators and freezers to maintain the proper temperature, the compressor will run much of the time. These appliances have compressors that are designed to run 80% to 90% of the time. This makes them more energy efficient because the greatest amount of energy is used when the compressor cycles on as opposed to when the compressor is actually running. Does not work well

I purchased this fridge LESS than 2 weeks ago and the freezer has totally iced over, I believe because the freezer door does not seal well and it is also making intermittent loud noises. I have paid quite a bit of money for this fridge and GE let me know it cannot be replaced but only attempted to be fixed. I am highly displeased because why should I pay this much for a fridge to have it not working and now the company is refusing to have it replaced. I got the fridge less than 2 weeks ago. And for one of those weeks I was traveling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
