Solid design, but not

Overall the design is attractive. However, this refrigerator is a tad noisier than other I've owned. Second, the water dispenser is a little bit tricky to use. And finally, the top drawer in the freezer kind of "floats" when you pull out the main drawer. This makes a lot of noise if the ice tray happens to be full. Overall, it's fine, but I'd probably go in a different direction if my space didn't require this size.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

33” Counter depth refrigerator ordered in June and delivered yesterday. We wanted to hold out for release of a newer model with signature LED package but how long can a girl wait? Loving how cute it is with our matching dishwasher and range and it’s very quiet. Drawers are too flimsy for what we paid and the ice drawer bangs on open. Although the CA P65W warning was not a welcome surprise, HCHO .11 (not above acceptable workplace levels) seem responsive to our PH04. It’s just me and hubby so overall satisfied with the size and he’s happy not to have to make runs to the store just for water. Would likely need to have nearly empty to accommodate a decent dinner party but worth the splurge for our first home.

Waited 11 months for appliances freezer freezes up on inside. Didn’t like black on sides. Did not know it wasn’t white all over. Handles were suppose to be gold

For the ice issue, we'd recommend checking to make sure that the gasket isn't damaged. If you need help checking, take a look at the following article:

Also, the default handle finish for the Matte White appliances is Brushed Bronze. If your model came with another finish for the handles, we'd recommend reaching out to your dealer to let them know.

Well I guess I'll start with saying that it was my error in thinking the refridgerator i previously had was a counter depth. Which when I received this new Cafe' fridge I was so not happy with the depth of it. I find the freezer to be very very small and cheaply made out of plastic. I expected at least the top rack to be metal with a rubber coating. Very disappointed in my slection. I never knew there were different depths to refridgerators. Ithought only different widths. My bad.

My previous refrigerator was a side-by-side. Due to spacing and current widths of refrigerators, I had to go with a slightly smaller one.
I was really nervous that the refrigerator would be to small. I was pleasantly surprised when the refrigerator was installed. I like the fact that I have more door shelves than my previous refrigerator. I also like the longer refrigerator shelves though I wished the we at least an inch wider.
Fortunately we have an additional refrigerator so the smaller freezer space works. Since we do not use a lot of ice, the ice bin could have been a little smaller allowing more room on the top shelf.
The refrigerator is very quiet. You only hear a noise when ice is dispensing into the bin.
Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase!!
