Wanted to love it

This refrigerator is beautiful from the outside. I was very limited due to needing a 33” wide. I am not please with the inside space and think the design is poor due to not utilizing all the space. Crisper drawers are tiny not sure why they have them come in so much. Drawers are also flimsy and shift when pulling and pushing them out and in. Shelves are very narrow and could come out farther so I’m not sure why they don’t? Freezer is really really small and the top drawer does not pull forward all the way so you can’t see everything without looking behind stuff. I was in a desperate situation and unfortunately didn’t have many options. I don’t think the quality is worth the price you pay. Hopefully the quality is better than the design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too small!

We purchased a bigger refrigerator but the opening of the door was redesigned from older models and would not open all the way. Unfortunately, we had to opt for a smaller refrigerator. This one is not big enough for a family of four. We are very disappointed and should have purchased another brand where we could see the actual door and depth. We had to buy another smaller refrigerator to accommodate our family's needs.

Trouble with unit right from the beginning. Freezer door not sealing against cabinet resulting in frost buildup in freezer.
Doors also wouldn’t align properly. Two service calls and unit deemed not repairable. Replaced with new unit.

Nice but lacking some features

There is no butter compartment and the unit emits heat in the front down at floor level.

Broken when new

Ice maker has been broken since day 1. Waiting for replacement parts..who knows how long that will take. Expected more for what I paid. Very disappointed. Had to shut ice maker off until repair and now entire freezer is frosting up and will need to be defrosted.

Fits great in space and looks great.

Counter depth makes all the difference. Seems to work fine. Looks great with my set. Freezer drawer is a little loud/noisy in opening and closing with the sliding top shelf. The ice tray could be smaller since this is usually going in smaller spaces with less occupancy. The water dispenser inside the left door is a little unwieldy but I would rather have this dispenser and more storage space inside rather than an external spigot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful & Functional Refrigerator

I waited 11 months for delivery of this appliance and I have to say it was worth the wait!! It is not only beautiful on the outside it is gorgeous inside. High quality for sure. I especially love the removeable little rubber mats in the bottom of the door bins. I love everything about this appliance!

Beautiful but lacking in quality

The look is modern and beautiful! I love the bronze handles. And the surface is very easy to wipe clean and does not show fingerprints. But the inside does not match the quality of the outside. All of the shelves and drawers are cheap plastic and nothing glides smoothly. The freezer constantly has frost in it (I have a factory repair scheduled but I don't know what is wrong with it yet.) The freezer is so small that you can barely get a hand in the back to retrieve an item. The ice maker and water dispenser work ok. There is no place on the shelves that will hold a 1/2 gallon carton of milk. (I always store milk in the back of the refrigerator.) If you adjust a shelf to hold a milk carton then you have another shelf that is only about 2 inches tall which holds basically nothing. So a large part of the inside is wasted. Milk will fit in the door but when you have to open the door multiple times a day for the water dispenser, that is not good for the milk. After using GE appliances for 30 years and enjoying the Profile line; I was excited to see the new Cafe line. But it only seems to have good looks, not good quality.
