Pretty and Functional

Switched from side by side to bottom freezer. This counter depth model works well for us as a small family. Like that the shelves are adjustable. Side "pockets" have good depth. Have only had for ten days but so far, so good. It is really pretty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks great but has some quirks

Overall we like the fridge. It looks great, the lighting is excellent and the organization inside the fridge is good. Our main complaint is with the size of the freezer. We went from a 30 year old fridge which had a bottom door freezer to this drawer freezer. The capacity is approximately 1/2 what our old fridge was despite the fridge being the same width and depth and 2" taller, and it doesn't have any storage in the door like some fridges do so it's a little harder to organize. The drawers of the freezer are nowhere near the depth of the overall fridge. Other than that, we have experienced some high pitch whining coming from the fridge occasionally. Overall, we have gotten used to the new freezer capacity and love the appearance enough to deal with some inconvenience.It also uses about half the energy of our old fridge which is great. The quality is about what I expected. High-end but not quite professional.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek Chic and Classy Cafe Refrigerator!

Love the Black Matte with stainless steel handles. The size is perfect inside and out. Love this Smart Refrigerator maintains suggested temperature in the Fridge and Freezer. Tray and Draw compartments excellent size. Bottom freezer deep.

I LOVE the design, inside and out. The bottom drawer freezer accommodates more than one would think, just looking inside. So happy I found this, as I was limited to specific measurements!

Fits Nicely in a Small Kitchen

Overall very pleased with the unit to fit into our remodel. Cons, the freezer capacity was slightly less than our old, the water dispenser is my only major disappointment, I would think that there must be an engineer that can make a better switch, specially for the cost of the unit, it is very unfriendly to dispense water. It takes away from the rest of the unit which is a beautiful design.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice fridge, but annoying water dispenser

The refrigerator itself is great, nice storage options and very well lit. The water dispenser on the other hand was a huge functionality miss. The button to dispense the water is located ABOVE the spout which requires two hands to get any water out. Not only that, but the button is hard to press. They could have easily put the button below the water spout which other manufacturers (Samsung) have done which makes it one-handed operation. This was a big oversight and since we use the dispenser multiple times a day has been very annoying. The fridge is also slightly noisy when it's cooling, but I don't think it's as bad as others have claimed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
