Not impressed and it wasn't cheap

The user manual is useless. This is not a user friendly refrigerator. The temperature in the refrigerator just changes! And when you use Turbo Cool it stays on "TC" forever. You can never adjust the temperature. Only have it two months and I wish I could just get rid of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HI there, thank you for taking the time to reach out with this feedback. We can definitely imagine how frustrating it would be to deal with controls that do not quite work as you would expect, and we are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused for you.
The temperature can change when the door is left open, and when food is added to the refrigerator. It will come to the set temperature eventually if the doors are left closed. As for the issues with the Turbo Cool feature, we only recommend it to be used occasionally to more quickly cool foods. It can be switched on by hold the "Turbo Cool" button for 3 seconds, and switched off by holding the "Fridge" pad for 3 seconds. This will allow you to manually set the temperature once again.

Great fridge!

The fridge is beautiful and has ample room for a single person's food (possibly a couple). I wish the freezer had more capacity or a different configuration in the compartments, but overall, I really love this appliance. I do wish the filtered water was a little colder but that may be an adjustment I can make.

Great so far except...

Not a fan of the inside water dispenser. Water comes out to slow and the fact that you have to hold the door open to while filling makes this option pointless. Also the little hose seems to short for thicker glasses such has Tervis tumblers to effectively fill cup. I did not choose this unit it came with our RV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replaced a 15 year old GE that was dying and parts no longer available. Unfortunately it took 11 months from the time we ordered it until it was delivered.

Disappointing

For the price, I expected higher quality. The shelves are shallow. The freezer door feels wobbly when pulled out. There is a lot of storage in the doors. I replaced an LG the same size that had 21 square feet of storage. This feels a LOT smaller

More room than the old 22 Cu Ft

I traded a larger refrigerator for this one. Things were always lost in the back of the old one. The old bottom freezer was hard to access.
The Cafe' actually has more room as the doors have deep door shelves making everything visible and accessible. Everything in the refrigerator portion is well lit and visible. The freezer door is a dream. I don't dread bending down like I did with the old one. I can stand, pull the drawer out and instantly see and retrieve what I need. This was the best decision I made for a refrigerator.
