Pretty to look at

I love the look of my cafe package; fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. But of all the appliances the refrigerator has performed the poorest. From day one it makes a strange noise and the freezer freezes over in the back. I think the two issues may be related. My veggie drawers also freeze the bottoms of my vegetables in the compartment. I have been contacting my retailer to see if someone will come take a look at this unit. Something isn't right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall, not bad.

Cools well. Biggest issue is the drawers are very flimsy and don’t seem seated well in their track. Challenging and frustrating to close. Definitely expected better from a Cafe product.

Defective - loud noises off & on since delivered

Very disappointed in quality & getting an appointment for a tech to come & see what causing loins noises that stop when open a door & resume when close the door. Coming next week - 3 weeks after new refrigerator was delivered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful refrigerator with lighting and storage features that make everything visible and easily accessible. Love the internal water feature and ice maker. Appreciate the sleek lines and beautiful bronze handles and that the refrigerator operates with minimal noise. Very high end look and have had frequent unsolicited questions from friends who visit and are interested in this model for themselves.

The fridge was the one splurge appliance in our kitchen remodel, and it is the epitome of loveliness. We had one issue at first with the freezer door not sealing, but a tech came right away and fixed the seal with a blow dryer. Six months in, we’re very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lovely look. A bit smaller than expected.

Love the adjustable shelf for taller items in main area, feels a bit smaller than I was imagining in terms of depth. Doors open and close nicely and don't get caught on each other! Still adjusting to temp control (back items freezing at recommended fridge temp) and experiencing some water drip along fridge door seal onto freezer seal.
I would recommend this to a friend!
