Very disappointing new Cafe refrigerator

Brand new installed in a new built home. Since day one there has been condensation and water dripping from inside the refrigerator. I am now up to 3 service tech visits. Three items have been replaced inside the unit. I am so disappointed in the performance quality. I have been a GE customer for decades. My dad retired from GE after 27 years. I expected much better than what I have experienced. They need to replace this frig. I think it’s a lemon
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great fridge, but shallow, deep freezer

I recently bought this fridge. I had limited space, so it fit the bill. The fresh food section is easily accessible. The freezer is a little tougher to get at everything due to the ide maker and overall depth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very well thought out design

Like the look of the refrigerator. I think the pads provided in the doors will make for easy cleaning. It is very quiet and the pad interface is simple and user friendly. Not sure if there is a butter container.

The item is beautiful and functions well. I wish there were more shelf & drawer placement options, though...and it's a bit louder than expected. But overall, I do not regret my purchase & I'd purchase it all over again if the need arose.

A frig that is pretty

We had a full size refrigerator in a small kitchen space. This is a much better fit for our small living space. We also are not bulk grocery shoppers, so both the frig and freezer are perfect for our family of four.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent solution for our small space

Our kitchen has a very small built-in cabinet that limits the options we have for fridges. The Cafe fits perfectly, looks great, and meets our needs well.
Our only negative feedback is that it will freeze any lettuce that is not in the produce drawers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Deceptive Dimensions

The height dimensions listed in the write-up on the refrigerator are misleading. They are correct for both the door height and the main body of the unit. However, it is not disclosed that the door height includes electronics under large plastic covers that extend around 6 inches or more over the top of the main body. This made it impossible to push the unit back all the way to the wall. We were forced to trim the bottom edge of our cabinet to make it fit. It was a big dusty project, but it turned out okay. Other than that, the unit is beautiful, and the counter-depth profile makes the kitchen look and feel bigger.

Extremely love the interior refrigerator size

Great style that compliment the other appliances in my kitchen. Quiet, great lighting and spacious inter-door bins and refrigerates extremely well. The only drawback, the small capacity size of the freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
