Beautiful refrigerator

Looks wonderful in my kitchen and I have so much more room than my old fridge. French doors make it more convenient and my freezer on the bottom is absolutely awesome

Too soon to rate?

Love the feature of having a freezer on the bottom and the fact that I don't have to crawl into my old refrigerator to see what is hiding and molding in the back. However, the odd noise mentioned by other reviewers has started already and I have only had it 10 days. So far at least 5 times today, a loud rattle sound, that lasts about 4 seconds but still irritating.

I waited 2 months for the Matte White refrigerator and it was worth it. Bought the one where the water and ice maker are inside instead of outside. Beautiful and sleek design!

BUYER BEWARE

DO NOT BUY THIS WITHOUT SEEING IT IN PERSON! This refrigerator says it has 19 cu. ft. of space but it does not tell you that the design of the bins are either tapered in the front in the door or tapered in the back in the veg/fruit/deli bins & freezer . For instance, you can only place celery in the veggie bin at an angle and it doesn't fit in the bottom because the bin shallows in the back. Therefore, all other veggie have to be able to fit around the celery. Broccoli/cauliflower can be too big in diameter to fit, etc. The motor runs more frequently which GE says in normal. But there are different "levels" of motor noise, some so loud if you are a light sleeper it WILL disturb you. I think function might be good but I am soooo aware of the motor coming on if you open the door that I try hard not to ever open it. VERY uncomfortable appliance to live with. I went with this model because I have an older house with a built-in area. It fits nicely and my only other choice is to use something smaller than the space I have because dimensions have changed over time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful fridge!

We love our new fridge! However, it arrived with a very tiny dent in paint on the side and I didn't notice until after the delivery team left. We have the fridge in Matte White. Is there anything we can do? Do you sell some kind of touch up paint that matches?

Easier to find stuff

I bought this to replace an older standard depth. While I’m disappointed in the amount of storage space, especially in the freezer, I love the appearance and how much better the lighting is. Much easier to find things.

Fair features...

The vegetable storage bins do not slide smoothly ( all three ). Had to set the fridge temp to 34 degrees to get enough cooling. Very small storage space compared to our last fridge. We bought it because it was the only fridge / freezer that would fit in the available opening, and my wife liked the looks of it. Also needed to modify ice trays to fit, since we do not have a water line available to the unit. The led lighting feature is nice. A lot of money for the product, paying for glitzy features and minimal storage, even though there are only two of us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this to fit in a small kitchen in an older home with a narrow defined space. It is smaller than many others I've had, but is of the highest quality and we are really enjoying it.
