Great looking refrigerator!

We purchased this fridge with the copper handles to match our Cafe gas range. I've seem reviews stating some negative things about the size, but it's a counter depth fridge people! If you are a 2 person household, this size should be fine. We have a beverage fridge in our dining room and another fridge in our garage, so having this for our main fridge has worked wonders. The interior is bright, right down to the last drawer, no dark areas in the interior at all. the door shelves have liners so your items don't bounce around when you open and close the doors. In order to make everything fit, it takes some creativity and organizational skills. I'm a former chef, and I find I can fit everything we need and more. The freezer is smaller than I thought, but again no big deal. We are not big on keeping a ton in the freezer except frozen fruit for smoothies. The ice maker is fine, makes your basic ice cubes. One thing to note is if you want to turn off the ice maker, the button is inside the freezer, which is not that convenient, but nothing that would send you to therapy. As far as the color, it says matte black, but it's really a gunmetal gray and I'm not mad about it! Now that we have the matching oven and fridge, the color of the appliances looks so much better than a harsh true black. The only reason I won't give this 5 stars is because I feel its a bit overpriced for what it is, but as you can see, we purchased it any way and we have no regrets. The other downfall if it may be is that we chose the copper handles which is an additional charge. But with both the oven and fridge they came with the chrome handles as well as the copper. Might come in handy if you ever change your mind, but to have 2 sets of handles is a bit much. Oh, and finally its quiet, no loud noises. So yes, if you want something sexy in your kitchen, this is it! Customer service is outstanding, not like some of the competitors out there,

Overpriced for quality

the refrigerator came in a size I needed which is one of the reasons I purchased it. I have always purchased G.E. products because in the past, G.E. meant quality. While this is a nice in appearance, it is way over priced for the quality.. I was going to purchase the Cafe stove to match, but after the quality of the refrigerator, and some negative reviews I have read about them, I am going to pass.

No space for anything

Poor Quality for Premium Line

This is the same exact fridge as the regular GE 18.6cu ft counter depth fridge. It’s absolutely not worth the premium price for the CAFE. Get a profile so you at least get the premium features, tracked drawers and some actual value for the price you pay. I was assured by the sales reps the CAFE line had the same fits and finishes as Profile but it did not

This counter depth refrigerator fit my space perfectly! So sleek and functional. I love the shelving on the French doors, the discreet water dispenser and all the drawers. Helps me keep things organized!
