Pretty but not practical.

Very simple and pretty but not convenient.
The water dispenser is uncomfortably placed in a tight spot inside the fridge with the button at the top of the dispenser so you’re forced to use two hands- one to press the button and the other to hold the cup.
Water comes out slowly, so you’re there for a long period of time (I do change the filter regularly) letting out the cold air from the fridge and waisting energy.

Horrible product

I hate this fridge/freezer so much! Ge use to be good , but now they are the absolute worst! All of our GE appliances are trash but the this fridge is the worst! It constantly freezes things than if you turn the temp up it makes meat go bad! The freezer seal is awful and tears all the time! Do not buy this fridge and stay away from GE in general.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks good. But is loud

Nice looking. But is loud. Scratchy noise while running.
I am wondering if there is damage to the fans. It sounds like ice is making but ice maker isn’t on and water isn’t hooked up.

Had my doubts but I'm won over

So far, so good. We're fortunate that there was a Cafe refrigerator that fit our space. Not a lot of options for a 33" space anymore. It definitely makes a statement in the kitchen. And now that the kitchen is remodeled, it really stands out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the looks and get lots and lots of compliments. During power outage of 24 hrs everything stayed cold and still had ice cubes.

Small and noisy with uneven cooling

It’s small, obviously. That’s not the worst of it. The fan inside the fridge compartment turns on every so often and the blades hit the housing. Very loud and annoying and not really sure what the fix might be. The second problem is uneven cooling. Temps set at 39 yet watermelon freezes on one side. Do not recommend.

Do not purchase this item. Randomly freezes items In fridge. Then freezer frosted over solid ice everywhere. Had less than a year. Will cost big $ to fix. I spent a lot of money for this refrigerator, and I believe it is a total lemon. I am hoping the repair actually resolves the problem. Have a garage fridge that has worked since 1980…. It is Still working just fine .
I bought all Cafe products for our kitchen, and I am disappointed in the fridge.
