I bought my Otterbox plus Pop Symmetry case a few weeks ago. Not only is it attractive, it is strong and sturdy as I wanted. And having the pop integrated into the case makes it easy to fit in various pockets of my purse/tote.

The built in pop socket on this case is garbage. It doesn’t work unless propped up by something else because they placed it too center and it doesn’t “pop” out enough. WASTE OF A LOT MONEY!!!

We're sorry to hear that you're not thrilled with your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case. While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and on a flat stable surface. That should help with the top heaviness of the phone.
