I purchased this online 2 weeks or so ago. It only arrived yesterday. I know shipping is not entirely in your control, but expected something better from a company with such a good reputation.
In regards to the phone case, it is OK. I am not a fan of how it is hollow in the areas surrounding the pop socket. It doesn't feel that great on the phone nor sound great when you gently tap it with your finger and hear that hollow echo. If it had been built up around the pop-socket and had a gradual gradient of filling it might have been better?
I personally thought it would have been a bit better than it is. I am not convinced on how much protection would be provided to my phone from the case. As its not how I expected and not up to the quality I'm used to form OtterBox I will most likely be returning the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for the pop sockets that fit flush into the case. They do and it look great—I’ve already bought two new pop sockets!! Makes reading and watching shows on your phone so much easier. Charging is no problem with any kind of charger—just twist the pop socket off and put it on the charger.
