I have been thinking about getting a popsocket for a while, but heard that they were better when stuck to the phone itself rather than a case. When I heard about Otter+Pop, this was exactly the solution I wanted. The case is sturdy and the popsocket is comfortable.

Pros: Solid case, reliable phone protection - like all Otter boxes.
Cons: The built-in PopSocket feature is great idea, though it can be executed better. The phone still does not lie flat (the only downside to pop sockets), but it’s better than just putting a regular pop socket on a phone.
The biggest flaw: They say the Popsocket the interchangeable, but it totally is not. Or at least there are no instructions on how to do this properly. I broke my phone case within 10 minutes of owning it because the pop socket feature just broke when I tried to pop it off.

Thankfully, we can easily replace your Symmetry though our warranty. Simply give our friendly Otters a quick call at 1-855-688-7269, and we will gladly get that arranged.

Returned the product as it did not work with my wireless charger. Otherwise, fit, feel and integration of pop socket is great, just know that it may not work if you are purchasing for wireless charging
