Case seems great bought the one with socket built in and broke almost as soon as I received it. Am unable to. Reach anyone about getting it replaced

I'm used to having the commuter series case, but it has been discontinued. This new case is great and lightweight. I feel that my phone is safe abd I love the color. The pop socket on the back is very nice to have and easy to use.

Broke in 2 weeks

I was really excited about this case and had high expectations for it. I thought that otterbox and popsocket would be just as reliable together as they are alone. After about 2-3 weeks, the part of the case where the popsocket connects broke. So I can no longer use the popsocket feature of this case. I could still use the case, but I am not able to use it with a popsocket. Huge disappointment :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
