I bought a APPLE OTTER + POP SYMMETRY IX/XS LILAC DUSK case
It looks really nice and supports wireless charging. However, the whole reason I got this case is because of the swappable pop sockets for Star Wars that I saw in Star Wars Celebration. It turns out I could only get the Red Rebel one. Nothing else will fit this case. It is very disappointing. Not to mention that none of the current Marvel pop sockets will fit this case.

I have used you cases for my phones and family of 5 for years. I feel secure in knowing my phone is protected against minor mishaps of everyday use. I bought this case bc of the popout feature. I use my phone a lot and noticed my joints neAr my thumbs are being affected from constant use. Popout feature has definitely helped, but if I could make a tiny suggestion, I am a petite person - if you could make. Petite size like they do for clothes it would make a difference to small handed people. If the popout was a scosh lower I think it could really boost sales. Imagine the first case tailored for small hands. Something to think about! Could be a game changer. Love the product either way, cute colors too!

Great case and love that the pop socket is built in but will not fully charge on a charging station. Even when you remove the pop socket, it will charge to a max of 60%. I have an iPhone X

The pop out finger holder on the back that’s supposed to allow for one hand use is not a good design. It’s just as cumbersome to use it as it is to go one handed the old fashioned way.
