I loved my first Otter Box and held onto it until the plastic started breaking off -- even though the rubber inner shell was still intact. My new Otter Box arrived in the mail and I let it sit, unopened, for a week. I finally broke down, opened the box and voila! It was love at first fit! I love the sleekness of my new Otter Box. I'm so glad you took off that little flap that used to cover the charger plug in outlet. I look forward the many years of protection that Otter Box is famous for! Thank you for producing an attractive and functional product!

I have always bought Otterbox covers and they have always come with a screen protector in the box. I purchased this for my nephew for Christmas, there was no screen protector in the box, very disappointing as every other case I have purchased has come with one included in the box. The cases are first class however this order has fallen well short of my expectations due to the fact no screen protector was included, an integral part of the package for a young person with a phone! Severely disappointed by this Otterbox.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While some of our phone cases did come with additional screen protectors included in the past, our current case options will no longer include one. with the expectations for screen protector performance steadily rising, and our desire to ensure that every OtterBox product feels as premium as possible, we moved away from including basic, stick-on plastic screen protectors. If you are looking to add a premium level of protection to that device, we'd suggest checking out Amplify and Alpha Glass, as they are designed specifically with those cases in mind!

If you're looking for a case that lays flat and has a popsocket on the back, then keep looking because this case does NOT resolve that issue. I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I put on the case and set my phone down on a table only to see the popsocket is not flush with the back of the case and it wobbles terribly when typing or pressing the home button. If you want to type on your phone while it isn't in your hand, this case is a deal-breaker, and is the very issue with popsockets that I thought Otterbox was trying to solve. The case could have been made just slightly thicker and would have been able to make the popsocket flush with the back of the case. The decision to keep the case thin and not make the back flush and flat was a horrible design decision.
Another issue is that the popsocket is embedded into the case slightly. Not only does this make it difficult to pop out the popsocket, it also makes the usable depth of the popsocket much smaller. I can barely get my finger between the popsocket top and the back of the Otterbox case, again defeating the purpose of the case.
I'm very dissatisfied with this product and am returning it. The lack of attention to design details has put a very bad taste in my mouth for Otterbox products and I'm likely to look elsewhere in the future.

Ordered this case for my 13 year old. He loved the marble design and was thrilled for a day. On the second day of using the case, the pop socket broke. I tried to replace through the warranty program, but it say's it's "discontinued." This is the first issue I've ever had with OtterBox cases. I'm sure once I reach out to CS they will be able to assist with a replacement.
