Unfortunately I agree with almost every other low-star review here. I purchased anyway, hoping maybe I wouldn’t feel the same, but the reviews are accurate. This case is so poorly engineered. Your fingers can’t fit comfortably in the pop-socket, and it’s also not compatible with other pop-socket accessories, like the pop-clip that I use as a mount in my car. This is a product that was rushed to production without adequate R&D and is a total bust. The actual case also feels cheap and substandard to the quality OtterBox usually produces.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the sleekness of the case. It’s not bulky. Feels secure having the pop connected to case. Stays clean. No scratches yet. Don’t know how it’ll be with drops as I haven’t yet.
Things I don’t like:
Case is a little slippery. Would like more grip on the sides.
The rubber of the pop socket is a little firmer than my old one and leaves a groove in my finger if I use it too long.
There are a couple sharp corners at the bottom where the harder plastic meets the softer rubber.
Case is noisy when you pick it up if fingernails scratch it

Nice cover for phone but needs improvement in one area with pop up for holding onto phone. Definitely needs to be 'larger' way to small. My fingers are slim and small, Can't get fingers to slide around it. People with bigger fingers would have a worse problem.

Bought this a couple weeks ago. I've had it a little over a week now and like it pretty well. It' so much lighter than the Defender Series cases I've used for years. The old defender case was so heavy that it would actually drag my pants down. This is light and easy to carry. Concerns: 1. Without built-in screen protection, I'm constantly worrying about dropping it and damaging the screen (I purchased a 3rd party screen protector); 2. when I'm listening to music on my phone and it's in the belt clip on my belt, it has a tendency to accidentally increase the volume significantly when I bend over in my office chair (literally blasts me out, hurting my ears); 3. Front protection in general scares me a bit (I'm not so sure that it could handle front facing drop like the defender has done on numerous occasions; and 4. There is no Otter box belt clip for this case (at the time of purchase), forcing me to buy a 3rd party case. I purchased this case for my work phone (iPhone 8), so a belt clip was important. I also don't like carrying my phone in my pocket, so a belt clip was a must.

I bought this and had high hopes but when I put it on a wireless charger it does not charge there is a hollow gap between iPhone and case that makes it impossible to charge... sad
