Just bought it and the face of the case is starting to flake. The pop up feature is neat for holding, but doesn’t keep my phone on an angle to watch videos.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As for the kickstand feature of your phone, we usually suggest pulling out the PopTop all the way, then pushing down one side. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. When you call in for your warranty claim, let us know if this kickstand tip didn't help, and we can troubleshoot that a bit further with you!

This case is perfect! The blue nebula design is stunning and everyone notices it. My IPhone 8plus is one heavy phone. The integrated popsocket keeps it intact while hanging in my car (popsocket vent hanger) for GPS and music use. I drop my phone ALOT and the hard case keeps it safe. Worth every penny!

I’m loving my otter box pop socket combo case! I recently had gotten a pop socket and it peeled off of my previous case within two weeks. With the otter box combo, it is built right into the case so no worries about it coming off. Very pleased.
