... quite disappointed...

I got the phone case in the middle of October for my daughters b-day. She got in on October 31st installed it on November 1st as we also got protective glass with it. It’s a great case however the build in pop socket fell off 2 weeks later while she was trying to pull it right in front of me. Not sure if it’s that fragile or defective...When I tried to reach out for an advise, available chat lines are only open from 10am to 2pm really not accommodating working clients... I’m sorry to be bitter.. just disappointed as I do like your products...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very cute

Easy to install and slimmer than my other Otter Box. The pop stand is adorable and collapses much flatter than others. I like that I can change it if I’d like. My only suggestion is that the gasket be the same color as the case. I’m not enthused with the dark gray contrast. Other than that it’s perfect.

Great case but 1 flaw

The case is well made and I live the concept. However, it does not lay flat. Love the idea of the pop socket but don’t like that my phone doesn’t lay flat on my desk. If this case allowed my phone to lay flat I would have kept it.

The unit is not necessarily engineered to lay completely flat so much as it is intended to provide a more streamlined experience when compared to a PopSocket on the regular Symmetry series. I like the phone case. It is slim. It's tabs on the side make it easy to turn the volume up and/or down on my phone. It is also easy to turn my phone off and on while in the case.

Great case. The only down side is the pop socket does not extend out as far as the original one because it’s seated in the case. If you have big fingers this will be a problem.

Great quality and colour. The symmetry pop case for my iPhone is perfect for purpose. Not too heavy, but definitely sturdy and hard wearing. I got the mauve which is a really nice colour. Would have liked more colour options though.
