Does the job right.

Bought this case when my last one, a Storenvy case, fell apart due to the strain my job put on it.
To get the cons out of the way, I had an awful time trying to get the screen protector on, and eventually gave up. Can't recommend that option. Fortunately, customer service was beyond my expectations on this issue.
I also wish the pop were better. It can't seem to stay out, inevitably collapsing under its own weight. Despite that, it serves its purpose as a grip aid (and is nice to fidget with).
I struggled to get it open in order to put my phone in it. My advice is to look up a video, but in general, just really pry it open; it can take it.
But aside from having to occasionally clean the exposed bits, this thing has taken strain; bumps; pressure, and laughed it off. It's definitely worth the price, and I think I can recommend this brand in general.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The pop socket pop top will not stay on no matter how hard I try. I tried several different tops including the one that came as part of the case but still no luck. I had to go back to my previous case which works well with the pop sockets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good product but POP design need some improvement

Robust casing as expected from the defender series. Decided to get the POP series and so far so good. POP appear solid. Wish it would extend slightly more as fingers are tight and unit slightly uncomfortable to hold. Overall good product.

My phone accidentally fell in the bathtub 1 week ago, but thanks to this otterbox case I suffered no water damage to my phone! Thank God I had this case on my phone, it would have been a bad outcome. Love this case!

Extremely hard to put on!

Just received it, & it's ridiculous that I'm having such a hard time to put it on. I've always used Otterbox for all my phones. This is horrible & for the price not worth the headache!
