This case is awesome. I loved having a popsocket on my other phone but it kept falling off. Having it built into a case with this level of protection was a no brainer. The only issue is how fickle the popsocket is to come out. You're supposed to push down and twist but with the phone in the case it's awkward to do and it barely ever seems to work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the case & I love that they finally made one that has a swappable pop socket, the only down side to this case is the color selection I wish we had more options than 2 color options

This is the 3rd case I bought for my phone, should have just ordered this first! Very strong, easy to install. Phone can bounce down the stairs & be fine! As far as appearance, it's a bit plain. Would have liked some other color choices/combos.

Purchased and received my Otter + Pop case a few weeks back and couldn't be happier. I love that the pop socket is built into the case so it never comes off (unless you swap tops). And of course, the defender series is absolutely amazing on protection. Only feedback I have is that I was hoping it would be available in the Symmetry model like the iPhone (Defender is a bit thick), and with more color options. Otherwise, works as advertised, and I already have a custom Pop top on the way!

I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy s10e from a Samsung Galaxy s7. I had an otter box defender series for my s7 and I LOVED IT! So my first purchase for my new phone was an otter box defender and saw it had the built in pop socket... WHAT? Awesome! However I do not like the face it is screenless.... How is my screen being protected? OH to buy those tampered glass screens? I still do not feel safe dropping my brand new phone, or going near water. I think Otter box should make the defender series with the option to purchase the "plastic screen casing"
