Useful but expensive with problems

This is my second case. I paid less for my first case, so I didn’t feel as bad about the issues, but it wore out over time. But both cases had these issues:
1. Typing inaccuracies - honestly, I don’t know if it’s the case or the phone itself, but it’s probably a combination of both.
2. Dust and hair gets under the screen. I hate having to open the case to clean it. This was the major issue with my first case. After a while, the rubber stretched out and dirt collected on the plastic case. It’s annoying.
3. The cover for the home button bubbles up and then the phone stops recognizing your finger for unlocking the device. I had to tear out the cover in my last screen protector and I might have to do it with this one too.

I bought 2 of the thin ones that are great, I bought 4 of expensive ones. I ended up giving them away. Hard to change and one the case cracked stretching it. The main reason of complaining is that even tough it is the best shock and Greatest Grip!! When you type on the plastic shield, the wrong letter comes up, or it does not register. The largest problem is that if you are trying to type P L Q on the sides , the cover block it unless you stop and purposely hit it!! THE LARGEST PROBLEM!! If you want to scroll up from bottom to Set the Light and Volume!! The case covers it so you must use Settings. I love ALL your Products, that is why I purchased the different colors, But no one that was a amateur was asked to test it. Thanks for asking , And I will always be a loyal customer. I brought this case less than 6 months ago and it’s broken already so disappointed for the price haven’t even dropped it once

This phone case with the POV thing to hold my phone securely with 1 hand is amazing!
Very durable and rugged.
If we take care of our phones as well as this case will, we can reduce e-waste and save time and money. I will always have an Otter Box on my phone.

However, the screen is a bit annoying. I cut the screen out of case with a razor. I know this may void the warranty on it, but I do have a screen protector on the phone itself.

I bought this to replace my old Otterbox case. The only reason that I needed a new case is because my phone fell out of my Jeep right into the pavement while I was driving. My old Otterbox saved my phone from any damage at all! So of course I’m going to trust another, and this one fits it my holder because the pop socket lays flat!

I've always bought and believed in the defender series, especially after one of my phones was run over by a car... Had to replace the otter, but my phone was protected... That was a couple otters ago... This new otter is great... Able to charge my phone wirelessly without removing the popsocket and still have the benefits of the pop... Great combo.
